Okay - it's ONE thing to end your auction yourself, but I just went to check my auction and it's GONE! It just says that the auction has been removed or is no longer available. WTH?!!! I didn't cancel it and they didn't email me telling me there was a problem with it!!! I have no idea what's going on! Has this happened to anyone else before? I've been buyin' and sellin' for years and have never had this happen before! I have no idea what to do!

I've been buyin' and sellin' for years and have never had this happen before! I have no idea what to do! I just got a message from Ebay. It is as follows.... Dear mrsclean987 (jzentz9527@msn.com),
You recently listed the following auction-style listing:
250436346091 - ~LITTLEST PET SHOP CUSTOM~FAIRY DEER~"VIXEN"~
Unfortunately, we had to remove your listing because the following information violates our policy:

Links to websites that offer merchandise or content that is the same or lower price is not permitted.
A link is anything that takes a member off the eBay website, including text, images, logos, or icons (both clickable and non-clickable).
When selling an item, you can place certain types of links within your item description to help promote or sell your item. However, you can't link to website that trade, sell, or purchase goods or services outside of eBay.
Thanks for your understanding.
Sincerely,
eBay Trust and Safety team Okay - I screwed up! I didn't know you couldn't post a link to your website. I've been doing it FOREVER and they have never said anything before. I'm thinking someone turned it in. Wish there was a way I could find out who. Anywho - I think I can work around it and say something like, "Google my website @ Judy's Custom Littlest Pet Shop" or something like that. I'll have to read all the fine print first though. What a pain in my HUGE butt!!! There were 9 bids and 6 watchers too! I hope they don't get mad at me!

I'm so sorry, Boodie!!! I hope no one turned you in. That would be rotten!!! No worries!! I just re-listed it and took the link out. I was not able to email the bidders because when they end your listing like that, you loose all that information. There were 3 bidders that were new too. Oh well. I hope they re-bid! Click the pic to go to my NEW listing if you'd like....

I never knew about that policy either. I think the reason might be because you have a web store on your page. Thats what I am understanding from the message. Links to websites that offer merchandise or content that is the same or lower price is not permitted.I think if you took the web store off of the site then there should be no violation. When selling an item, you can place certain types of links within your item description to help promote or sell your item. However, you can't link to website that trade, sell, or purchase goods or services outside of eBay.Good luck with your auction Judy. ;D

Yes I just added it about a month ago. It was after the last time that I listed anything with the link in it. I will be taking it off though because you can only list 3 items in your inventory before having to pay for it. I also had problems with my last custom I sold online through the website.

Okay - I don't know if any of you have tried to get on Ebay this evening, but it was down at the time my auction ended. I don't know what happened, and there's no messages on ebay yet as to what is wrong. Did anyone else notice this?
I usually get most bids in the last minute, and that's when it was down. I had 10 watchers and 9 bids. I think it might have gone up a little bit if people would have been able to log into it.
It shows that it ended and who the high bidder was, but I can't get any information other than that.
I haven't received an email from ebay saying that the aution ended or anything!
What are your thoughts on this?

I just tried to log on to some other auctions and they aren't coming up either! So, it's not just mine that had the problem.
I just want to do what's fair, but not quite sure what that is!
I wish I could see when the winning bidder put their bid in, that would help a little.
I'm beginning to hate Ebay!!!! This auction had been a headache!!
