The main thing that I find helpful for fur like this is to mix my acrylic paints with acrylic medium, which is a clear paint that thins normal paint like water and makes the color kind of transparent and a lot easier to do finer lines with, but it doesn't make the paint too thin and cause problems like water sometimes does when you use too much of it. This is another one I did where I got some lines that were a bit thinner under the eyes using medium, because I was a bit more patient with it lol
